The transformer short-circuit impedance tester can perform precise measurements

2024-02-02

The transformer short-circuit impedance tester is a high-precision instrument used for measuring the no-load, load parameters, and zero sequence impedance parameters of transformers. It can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, harmonic content, distortion rate, etc. of various transformers. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and easy operation and learning, which can replace the previous method of using multiple meters to measure transformer losses and capacity.

The wiring is simple, testing and recording are convenient, greatly improving work efficiency. The transformer tester uses a large screen image form of a true color LCD as the display window, with a graphical menu operation and Chinese character prompts. It has a display interface that integrates multiple parameters on one screen, a user-friendly human-machine dialogue interface, and is easy to use and fast. It can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss, and zero sequence impedance of various types of transformers.

It can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction (providing simple temperature correction and additional loss correction separately), voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), and current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions), making it very suitable for units without slightly larger capacity transformer short-circuit test conditions.

Measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current, average voltage, average current, two-phase active power (due to the use of two power meters, only the power of A and C phases are displayed here), and total power. Measure the content of 2-42nd harmonics of voltage and current in each phase, as well as the total distortion rate (harmonic distortion) of each signal. It can display real-time waveforms of voltage and current in each phase, intuitively displaying the distortion of the waveform.

Voltage circuit width limit: The voltage can be measured up to 750V, and accuracy can be guaranteed without switching gears. The instrument itself will not be damaged due to selecting the wrong voltage gear. The large screen, full Chinese menu, and operation prompts enable friendly human-machine dialogue. The conductive rubber buttons make operation easier, and the high brightness true color LCD display can adapt to winter and summer seasons. Users can print out the test data at any time through a micro printer,

All test results can be recorded and saved for future reference. Equipped with a built-in true clock, it can display the current date and time in real time, and store the test time simultaneously when storing records.
