(4) The quality of test equipment management personnel is low


The knowledge structure of personnel engaged in the operation and management of instruments and equipment in many enterprises cannot adapt to the development requirements of modern experiments. For example, some large-scale precision instruments and equipment or imported equipment are updated quickly and have complex performance. Many test equipment personnel do not have relevant knowledge and skills, and do not have a good grasp of how to use the equipment. As a result, many experiments involving new knowledge and new technologies cannot be carried out normally, affecting the research and development of new technologies; in addition, laboratory managers lack equipment maintenance knowledge and fail to maintain the DC resistance tester in daily life or after testing, resulting in the instrument and equipment not being used normally, seriously affecting normal testing.
